August 2011 – Present Chief Technology Officer, Green Source Holdings/Austin Rubber, Austin, TX Lead the company engineers and the third-party consultants to change the customer rubber and plastics products formulation (more than 150) to make them sustainable and circular. Manage persuasive and effective conversation with C level management of client companies on establishing sustainability policies and goals with measurable matrices. Compliance with The UN Global Compact on Corporate Sustainability and start the admission process. Lead the company engineers and the 6 third party engineering companies to design and install commercial plant for sustainable green technology and polymer upcycling. Lead multidisciplinary team to review our customers products and establish a strategy and timeline for the conversion to new sustainable products using waster polymer. Lead the internal study group to review publications and activities of Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Circular Economy Club, MIT Sloan, Circular Economy Club, U Michigan Erb, Nike and Google on sustainability and circular trends, innovation, solutions and design. Performed Design of experiments (DOE) and cost sensitivity analysis on environmentally friendly circular extraction of Canadian oil sands with high aromatic content.
