Coordinate flow of information and design data between 6 outside engineering and mechanical firms for one of a kind sustainable technology plant design. Lead the team to review long term strategy on sustainable and circular products design of our customers portfolio and EPR plan. Experience: 20 years of experience design, troubleshooting, optimization and installation of pilot and commercial plants based on polymer including rubber waste minimization and green chemistry. 14 years of experience in sustainable and circular devulcanized rubber products and technology design in US and overseas.
