Robbins LLC – Muscle Shoals, Alabama (August 2009 – November 2012)

Vice President of Technology, (6/2011 – 11/2012) - Responsible for management of all technical functions of three rubber mixing plants, technical service for house accounts that represented over $50M of revenue, and technical support for molded products business in retread industry. - Provided technical input for strategic planning, capital expenditures, sales & marketing strategies, operational improvements, and business development. - Responsible for research & development of new materials, products, and processes. Successful in utilizing multiple recycled & “green” materials in rubber compounds. Also, initiated several joint development efforts with raw material suppliers, including leading multifunctional development teams made up of professionals from both organizations. Plant Manager – Findlay, Ohio, (8/2009 – 6/2011) - Responsible for all functions of manufacturing plant, including operations, quality, technical, maintenance, customer service, EH&S, and logistics. Plant personnel peaked at 70 with $28M in sales. - Relocated a production line for custom hand built rubber product from leased facility in North Carolina to Findlay plant. Interim General Manager, (9/2008 – 8/2009) - Responsible for all functions of Findlay Operations, including operations, quality, technical, maintenance, customer service, EH&S, logistics & sales. Plant personnel peaked at 90 with $40M in sales. - Managed Findlay operations through a bankruptcy of parent company and maintained key customers through the sale to Robbins LLC. Technical Director - Responsible for all technical, quality, R&D, EH&S, and continuous improvement functions. Also, created quote models for sales, and participated in sales planning. - Successful as main contact for sales and technical for all house accounts that represented 60% of sales for Findlay. Biltrite Industries – Findlay, Ohio (May 2005 – August 2009, bought by Robbins)

Hercules Tire & Rubber Company – Findlay, Ohio (February 2002 – May 2005, bought by Biltrite)

Technical Director - Brought in to build the custom mixing business after Hercules sold 70% of their manufacturing business, with the plan to succeed the GM/VP for the manufacturing division. Took responsibility for all functions of business, except operations. - Grew the business incrementally each year from $12M to at rate of $24M when Hercules sold the business in 2005.
