Asphalt Pavement and Recycling Technologies, Inc. (APART) was formed in April 2001, by Steven Escobar and Robert Staugaard. APART has 75 years of combined experience in the testing and evaluation of asphalt binders and mixtures. APART is an AASHTO accredited laboratory specializing in the testing of asphalt binders, emulsions, mixes and related materials. Circular Sustainability Innovation Circular Sustainability Innovation provides chemical engineering and compounding services to the FCS team. Services include years of design experience, troubleshooting, optimization and installation of pilot and commercial plants based on polymer including rubber waste minimization and green chemistry. 14 years of experience in sustainable and circular devulcanized rubber products and technology design in US and overseas.
