President & CEO • Designed plants for various uses in rubber and plastics recycling, including pyrolysis, thermal and chemical activation, refinery, gas to liquids, and various solid form modification and packaging techniques for bagging, sacking, and bulk loading of the solid products. • Submitted all necessary documents to apply for government permits and registrations to produce ultra- low sulfur liquid fuels, activated and non-activated carbons, steel, sulfur, and low sulfur gas. • Repurposed factory machinery and kilns for mobile soil reclamation projects in Brazil and Nigeria involving environmental cleanup of oil spills and dump sites. • Designed manufacturing plants for a client, to convert waste wood and cellulosic feedstock to liquid fuels with a preliminary output of 3,000 barrels a day. Vice President of Operations Initially hired to layout, design, erect, staff, train, and run processing facility in Choctaw, OK, that recovered oil, gas, carbon, and steel from a feedstock of chipped waste tires – up to 72 tons per day. Submitted all regulatory documents, acquired construction permits, supervised construction of 20,000 sq ft facility, and oversaw installation of all equipment and piping.
