safety surfacing systems
SpectraPour Supreme is surfacing designed for dry, arid, sun-baked desert conditions (Nevada and Arizona primarily) but can be used anywhere. SpectraPour Supreme meets the requirements of the California CalRecycle Tire Derived Product (TDP) Grant Program. SpectraPour Supreme uses a 0.5-1.5 mm Spectra TPV granule in the top layer and our quality SpectraPour H3168 aliphatic binder, all over a cushion pad of select recycled tire materials. Spectra Pour Supreme Owners requiring the full range of Spectra TPV colors may opt for SpectraPour Supreme using any of the 16 Spectra TPV colors (see color chart in Tech Center), all available in the standard 1-4 mm Spectra TPV granule size. On these projects, we will convert the entire play pad to the standard 1-4 mm Spectra TPV granule size for visual continuity. Black granules are not available in Spectra TPV, however color blends requiring this may use standard Spectra 1000 black EPDM granules in the specified color ratios for this purpose with excellent results. SpectraPour Supreme meets ASTM F1292 for fall heights ranging from 4’ CFH to 12’ CFH and is IPEMA Certified. SpectraPour Supreme also meets ASTM F1951 for Wheelchair accessibility. Note that Spectra TPV granules in the smaller 0.5-1.5 size are available in four colors only – beige, green blue and dark red.
