Ms. Kennedy has built a solid reputation for successful networking capabilities and delivering value added solutions to manufacturers, processors, distributors and their supply chain. Denise Kennedy is an active member on many different national scrap tire initiatives including the US EPA Scrap Tire Work Group Committees; US Mexico Border 2020 Work Group; Synthetic Turf Council; Rubber Pavement Association; Tire Industry Association; Retread Tire Association; and the Tire Retread and Repair Information Bureau. Under the FCS contract, Denise will serve as Project Manager and the Manufacturer Technical Assistance Management and Product Testing /Certification Lead. Project Coordination and Support William Esparza, William Esparza Consulting Services , our DVBE and SB(Micro) subcontractor, will be a support role to this contract. Administrative, accounting and some marketing will be tasked to this team member. On-Call Technical Assistance Specialists and Advisors Our Project Team includes several individuals with very strong qualifications and experience related to rubber/plastic compounding and manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance/quality control and new product development, with a considerable base of experience working with California tire recycling manufacturers under the TBAP Program and the previous FCS. Several of these individuals are also affiliated with product testing or certification firms and will play an active role in coordinating services as needed. Product Testing and Certification We have partnered with many testing facilities and certification firms. Denise Kennedy has been the project coordinator of testing since 2007 since the first TBAP and has continued to build on those relationships. Combined, we believe these firm have the capacity to provide the full range of product testing and certification services likely to be needed under the FCS Program. However, it all depends on what type of product that will be manufactured through FCS. Since 2006, Denise Kennedy has coordinated thousands of tests for hundreds of tire-derived products as a CalRecycle contractor and subcontractor. Table 7 lists a sampling of tests completed by our partnering product testing firms for TDPs under the last TBAP contract. We have identified a few tests that were performed on a few of the products in the previous FCS:
