Task 4 Crumb Rubber Material Testing Plans Under Task 4, DK Enterprises provided efficient and timely crumb rubber material testing services to support implementation of the Activity Plans and to support the Tire Incentive Program. Gathered samples and conducted tests based on ASTM Standards D5603 and D5644. Task 4 Deliverables: DK Enterprises performed and prepared and produced sieve 204 sieve analysis reports between 2015 and 2018 and provided the results to the Contract Manager and to the tire-derived material (TDM) feedstock suppliers and the tire-derived product manufacturers from which collection of the sample particle sizes was extracted for purposes of testing using ASTM D5644 Ro-Tap Method (Mechanical Vibratory Sieve Shaker). NSL Analytical Test provided a report that included a sieve report representing two California tire- derived material suppliers and one manufacturer’s crumb rubber samples by using ASTM D5644 Ro-Tap Method and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. Laser diffraction was also performed to produce an overlay of the material.
