Task 6: Reporting Objectives: Provide timely, accurate and concise monthly updates to CalRecycle throughout the contract period, along with an interim and final report that summarizes and evaluates all work conducted under the contract. Ensure that all performance evaluation results are, and are widely perceived as, unbiased and accurate. Conduct all administrative activities necessary to implement the contract that are not expressly covered under other tasks, including: invoicing, account management, subcontractor task authorizations and oversight, subcontractor contracting, communications with CalRecycle, subcontractors and interested parties, etc. Under this task, SAIC administered the TBAP Grants Contract, kept CalRecycle apprised of key issues and collaborated with CalRecycle Contract Managers, and met reporting requirements. Activities under Task 9 included:  Prepared monthly progress reports and met with CalRecycle Staff at least monthly to discuss task status and issues. This included regular, frequent discussions and decision making related to numerous issues that arose regarding grantee Service Plans. In general, the issues arose due to CalRecycle’s and SAIC’s desire to ensure that all program rules and policies were implemented in a fair, uniform and consistent way for all grantees.  Prepared this final contract report.  Developed an on-line survey of TBAP grantees and other TDP vendors. (This was done in conjunction with the TBAP Industry Wide Contract, and at CalRecycle direction, CalRecycle Staff is administering the survey and compiling results.)  Administered the contract, including: executing subcontractor agreements and task orders; reviewing subcontractor invoices and preparing invoice packages for submittal to CalRecycle; communications with CalRecycle and subcontractors needed for ongoing monitoring and management of task work; and management of project files and information. As described under Task 3 and Task 4 above, SAIC subcontracted with over 50 firms in order to meet the needs and desires of grantees, in concordance with direction and/or approvals from CalRecycle. This large number of subcontractors, combined with 22 grantees with constantly shifting Service Plans, resulted in a very high administrative burden for this contract. Some activities directly related to coordinating specific grantee services were covered under Task 4, as described above. Task 6 Deliverables Provided with Final Contract Report:  Confidential: Monthly Progress Reports, July 2011 – July 2013  Grantee Survey Form (Rough print of an on-line survey; survey administered by CalRecycle staff)  This TBAP Grants Contract Final Contract Report
