LIMITED WARRANTY: U.S. Rubber Recycling Inc. offers a 6-year “normal wear” warranty* on the SureStep™ brand of recycled crumb rubber rolled flooring against defects in material and workmanship. U.S. Rubber Recycling Inc. warranties that during the warranty period that SureStep™ shall not chip, harden, become brittle, tear, crack, or exhibit signs of excessive deterioration (see High Abuse/Wear Areas below). The SureStep™ must be installed** (also see Installation Overview below) and maintained according to the installation instructions or the warranty is voided. All other warranties including implied warranties for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The sole remedy against the seller will be the replacement or repair of the defective goods, or at seller’s option, credit maybe issued not exceeding the selling price of the defective goods and will be factored on a pro-rata basis.
